An acquaintance of mine just set up his portfolio website. In his header describes himself as as a “world renowned Puerto Rican artist”. Having an aunt who still lives in Puerto Rico, does not making you world renowned. Growing up in Orlando with parents who immigrated from Puerto Rico does not make you Puerto Rican. Just sayin’.
